Joel Wilson is a bag designer based in London. The studio outputs a variety of projects that include self-titled bag releases, works in partnership with retailers and brands, external client consultancy, design and development, and more.

Shipping
All orders ship from our London studio. Due to the size of the studio, please allow 3 business days to process and dispatch your order. We cannot guarantee same day dispatch. 

For domestic orders we use Royal Mail & DHL.

For international orders we use DHL. 

International orders are subject to customs, duty and taxes. Customers are liable to pay these costs directly to the carrier. We do not cover these any customs, duty fees or taxes. 

Any unpaid fees will result in a return of the item. We do not offer refunds in this situation and will issue a credit note to the customer, minus any handling and shipping fees. 
Refunds
Due to the nature of the studio output, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except under outstanding circumstances. Should your product arrive and you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We are happy to discuss on a case by case basis.

Credit notes are offered in outstanding circumstances and will be issued minus any handling and shipping fees. Credit notes will not expire and can be redeemed on the next studio output. The nature of output is that we choose as and when to launch a project, so we cannot give an estimate of the next product or launch date.

Terms
Each project is handmade with care in London. After developing a product, we prototype and test. Should you encounter any construction issues, we are happy to offer a repair service. The customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees. 

We are more than happy to extend the life of your product for years to come, and we love to see the stories of a product we have produced. We are open to repair ideas, please get in touch with any questions.
